Jon Gilbert is a seasoned supply chain and logistics expert with over 30 years of experience in transportation, network optimization, and strategic sourcing. He has developed optimization models that transform networks, saving clients more than $30 million over the past two decades. Jon has sourced over $1.5 billion in transportation services and identified recurring annual savings of over $200 million for his clients.

As a recognized logistics and supply chain management expert, Jon specializes in network optimization, strategic sourcing, and process improvement, bringing deep industry insight to every engagement. He offers strategic guidance on transportation optimization, logistics planning, and supply chain solutions, drawing from his extensive experience across multiple industries.

Throughout his career, Jon has consistently delivered results by developing and implementing strategic logistics solutions across manufacturing, industrial wholesale distribution, retail, food & beverage, chemical, and industrial gas sectors. His leadership was instrumental in several critical initiatives, including developing detailed costing and pricing models, evaluating transportation and warehousing operations, and leading global network optimization projects.

Over his career spanning NuCO2, MF Electronics, BOC Group, and A. Duie Pyle, Jon rose through progressive leadership roles to become Vice President of Logistics and Planning at NuCO2, before founding his own consultancy in 2003, where he continues to help clients transform their logistics and transportation operations.

He holds an MBA with Distinction from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Purdue University. A former board member of the South Florida Roundtable for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Jon combines deep industry knowledge with proven results to help companies achieve significant cost savings and operational improvements.
