In this capacity, she oversaw critical revenue-generating services while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction across multiple business units, including Agriculture, Automotive, Chemicals, Emerging Markets, Food, Consumer, and Warehouse sectors.

Julie’s expertise encompasses comprehensive account management services, including specialized training for plant personnel, traffic managers, and office personnel on proper dispute documentation procedures. She excels in full account review processes, including bill analysis, traffic tracing and tracking, identifying railroad errors and service issues, managing missed switches and bunching problems, addressing data reporting issues, and handling track work and curfew impacts with detailed monthly reporting capabilities.
